Our Story …In Reverse Order

The Ugly

At 7:00AM on March 28, 2023 our home for over 25 years caught fire. Inside was my 2 children, my ex-wife, our family dog, and our family Kitten. I (Dad) was at work, My 25 year old heard the smoke detector, smelled the smoke, and jumped out of bed screaming. She was able to wake up our other daughter, and my Ex-Wife. She was able to get them up quickly and out of the house before the fire spread into the other rooms. My 25 year old daughter Hannah, thinking quickly went back in and saved our family dog and cat. She then called me at work in the most terrifying voice I’ve ever heard and said “Dad, The House is On Fire!”
